    If you want to track your order 

    • Visit our website:

    • Click on the login button and log in to your account.

    • Verify your account by OTP sent to your phone or email ID. Your account is  logging  in to the Hoco India website 

    • Then go to the My Order menu and click. 

    • On the Search bar put your Order ID.

    • Go to your order on the right side and mention the  “manage your order” button. Click on the button.

    • Scroll down and click on the Track your Order button. 

    • We will send you a link on your Email ID or WhatsApp, then you can track your order easily. 



    Shipping Guideline 

    • If you want to deliver your purchased product to a different address or location. then you want to place an order multiple times with different addresses.

    • Once your order is confirmed, the order will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days, or in rare conditions, it can take 5 to 7 days. We want to deliver your product as soon as possible.

    • You can place an order from Monday to Saturday. The Sunday order can automatically be placed on the next day

    • The order will be delivered safely to the customer's address. 

    • If you receive the product without an invoice. You can contact us at this email id [Insert], phone number is mentioned on the [Insert Link]. 

    • After your product is dispatched, we will send you the tracking ID you can track your order by visiting the official website. Put your tracking ID and check your product's current location or status. 

    • You can choose your payment option when you want to place an order and choose your payment option:- Cash On Delivery, UPI, Net Banking, etc. Select your payment option. 

    • If your order is damaged by the transport or courier department, then you can report it by visiting our official website, content with us, and a photo or video of the damaged product. We can investigate your complaint, if it is true, we will refund your money otherwise exchange it with new ones. 





    Cancellation Policy

    • If the product is not delivered to you, you can cancel your order. 

    • After canceling the order, we will refund you when we receive the original product.
