Hoco India is an E-commerce website. We sell products on our website and other platforms such as Tata Cliq, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, etc. Once the product sells and you want to exchange / repair and return under your warranty then there will be no charge but, after the warranty period expires there will be a charge for exchange/ repair. 

All conditions are valid under the warranty period. 

If the product is not working and you want to exchange it. 

If the product is not working, please report within 48 hours for replacement from purchasing dates without any charge. If you want to replace your product then follow the steps mentioned on the exchange policy page.

If you want to return the product and get a refund.

If you want to return the product, please report within 48 hours for a refund from purchasing dates without any charge. There are some criteria. 

1. Product will not be damaged/defective. 
2. Product box all tags or items will be available in the box.
3. Product photo or video is a must.
4. When you return the product please attach the original bill.
