We sell products on our website and other platforms such as Tata Cliq, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, etc. Once the product sells and you want to exchange / repair and return under your warranty then there will be no charge but, after the warranty period expires there will be a charge for exchange/ repair.
All conditions are valid under the warranty period.
If the product is not working and you want to exchange it.
If the product is not working, please report within 48 hours for replacement from purchasing dates without any charge. If you want to replace your product then follow the steps mentioned on the exchange policy page.
