Warranty Guideline

Hoco India, all products have a 1-year warranty period. It includes any damage to the product and the period starting with the purchase date of the product.

Buying from Third Parties:

1. The guarantee provided by Hoco India covers only products bought from distributors, merchants, or the official site authorized by Hoco India.

2. Warranty coverage is not available for products acquired from unapproved vendors.

Service and Technical Assistance:

1. Hoco provides dedicated support for all your needs including warranty claims, troubleshooting, and product setup.

2. For any issue please reach us through email, phone, or visit our authorized service centers for repairs.

3. We assure you that we provide a smooth experience.

In Warranty Claim:

1. Contact on this email info@hocoindia.net or phone no 8826546888.

2. Send your product to the service center with your bill/invoice and your name, email ID, and phone number are compulsory.

3. Describe your damage issue condition properly of your product.

4. If possible, please attach a photo or video of the product.

If your product is under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced without any cost. But after the warranty period, it can only be repaired and we take charge of repairing it according to the condition of the product.

Exclude In Warranty Guideline:

1. If your product is stolen or lost

2. If your product is repaired or modified by any other person

3. If your product is damaged by fire, flood, or a natural disaster

4. If you misuse, fraud is done by the product

5. If you have Excessive voltage, Excessive current, or Excessive temperature of your product

How to order products in Hoco India

1. Visit the official website – log in to your account or create your account by clicking on the right-hand side button.

2. Fill out all correct personal details and submit.

3. Choose your product or search for the product which you want to buy.

4. After choosing your product and selecting your quantity – decide how many you want to buy.

5. Go to the right-hand side, click the cart icon, and choose your payment option method.

6. Then, buy it!

Exchange Product Process

1. Visit our website: hocoindia.net

2. Click on the login button and log in to your account.

3. Verify your account by OTP sent to your phone or email ID. Your account is logging in to the Hoco India website.

4. Then go to the "My Order" menu and click.

5. On the Search bar, put your Order ID.

6. Go to your order on the right side and mention the “Manage Your Order” button. Click on the button.

7. Scroll down to the exchange option mentioned on the page. Click on the button and mention the reason why you want to exchange.

8. Please attach a photo or video of the defective product. So we can help you with the exchange process quickly or transparently.

Note:

1. Please complete your order exchange process within 7 days.

2. Processing part: Please do not send a fraudulent product. If it happens, it will not support the customer and no exchange or repair will be available.

3. If the product is damaged, no exchange or refund will be available.

4. If you want to exchange your product, please report within 48 hours. After 48 hours, we will not be able to resolve your problem.

Important Note: We are not taking back purchased products because it is not visually appealing, and if customers have used them for 3 to 4 days, then they want to decide to return them.

2. Click the "Sign Up" button on the top right corner.

3. Fill in your details, including name, email address, and a secure password.

4. Agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

5. Submit the form, and you'll receive an OTP on your phone or email for verification.

6. Enter the OTP to verify your account and complete the registration process.

7. After successful registration, you can log in to your account and start browsing or purchasing products.
